Eagle County Paramedics Tactical Emergency Medical Support team provides urgent and emergent medical care during high-risk and extended duration operations, and mission-driven law enforcement special operations.
The Eagle County Special Operations Unit incorporates TEMS Paramedic providers to develop medical threat assessments, render immediate medical care for Law Enforcement in austere environments, and provide logistical and medical support to ensure the health and safety of law enforcement personnel. The goal of Eagle County Paramedics TEMS Paramedics is to reduce the incidences of injury, illness, disability and death associated with tactical and high risk Law Enforcement operations where traditionalEMS operations may not be prudent.
