Most records requests will be fulfilled within three business days; if extenuating circumstances prevent a three-day turnaround, staff will provide a timing estimate. A charge of $.25 per page will apply when paper copies are requested. A $33.85/hr research and retrieval fee will charged for each request; the first hour is free.
