Community Health Manager

Eagle County Paramedic Services (ECPS) seeks a Community Health Manager to lead our Community Health Department to help fulfill our vision to be a world leader in out-of-hospital healthcare. This is a full-time, year round position with excellent compensation and benefits. IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate is a paramedic or nurse who is enthusiastic, resourceful and passionate about public health and emergency medical services. This individual brings strong leadership, supervisory,and administrative skills and demonstrates an affinity for building and sustaining meaningful relationships with partner agencies, stakeholders and community health leaders. This leader is motivated to champion community paramedicine, support home health services and thoughtfully apply the role of ECPS in addressing local health needs. A genuine desire to improve access to care and help solve complex community health challenges is essential.

SUMMARY 
The Community Health Manager (CHM) will manage the day-to-day operations of the Community Health Department and lead the team in achieving both short- and long-term objectives. This role is responsible for leading, maintaining, and advancing a sustainable model for the Community Paramedic program and the Eagle Valley Home Health (EVHH) program.

As the external-facing leader and advocate for the Community Health Department, the CHM will collaborate strategically with community partners to leverage resources and address evolving needs, including behavioral health, expanding access to primary care and reducing barriers to aging in place.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Exempt salaried position with a rate of $117,832-$153,181.60 per year.
