Accounting Clerk II
Eagle County Paramedic Services (ECPS) seeks an Accounting Clerk II to join our Accounting Department to help fulfill our vision to be a world leader in out-of-hospital healthcare. This is a full-time, year round position with excellent compensation and benefits.
This position supports our Accounting Department by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Our ideal candidate can work independently, has a great attitude, has at least two years of previous experience in accounting and has a working knowledge of accounting processes. Summary:
As a key member of the Finance Team, the Accounting Clerk II is responsible for a variety of accounting functions, primarily A/P, A/R and Payroll. Maintain the accounting and billing databases. Run and analyze reports. Manage accounting programs as delegated and be able to ensure the accounting function runs smoothly in the absence of the Finance Manager. Able to work independently and have a mastery level understanding of relevant computer programs such as ADP and Blackbaud. Administer other accounting processes and provide support to the accounting leadership team as needed. Maintain internal controls.
Shift Schedule:
40 hrs/week, M-F.
Compensation:
Non-exempt hourly position with a rate of $31.78-41.28/hour
