Operations Specialist

Eagle County Paramedic Services (ECPS) seeks an Operations Specialist to join our Operations Department to help fulfill our vision to be a world leader in out-of-hospital healthcare. This is a full-time, year round position with excellent compensation and benefits.

This position supports our EMS service by managing our medications and medical supplies to include inventory and procurement, supporting our 911 system with operations software systems, scheduling and logistics, and coordinating our communication and security systems. Our ideal candidate is a savvy systems thinker with a great attitude who is detail-oriented and data driven and has the ability to negotiate and hold others accountable. Summary:

Coordinates various functions under the operations division of the District including but not limited to: Controlled Substance Management, Non-controlled Medication Management, Medical Supplies Management, Durable Medical Device Coordination, Agency Software Systems Management and Administration, Scheduling and Operational Logistics Coordination, Building Access and Security Coordination, Communications Devices Management, and other duties as assigned.
