Med Pool Community Health Clinician (CP certified or RN licensed) 

Eagle County Paramedic Services (ECPS) seeks Community Health Clinicians to join our Community Health Department to help fulfill our mission of providing skilled, professional and compassionate healthcare to our community. Candidates are required to have a Community Paramedic certification (within 6 mos) or be a Registered Nurse (RN). These positions are part time, year round; anticipated schedule is two to four 12-hr shifts per month.

Summary

Provide patient care in the home for both short-term and long-term management of referred patients from local healthcare providers, hospital staff and internal referrals from ECPS crews.

Shift Schedule:

2-4, 12 hr shifts per month, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Compensation:

Compensation: $26-$36/hr 

Additional Possible Bilingual in Spanish Merit Rate: 2%
