Summary:

Provides direct supervision and is the main point of contact for the med pool and seasonal field staff of EC Paramedics. While on shift as a 911 paramedic, acts as a shift supervisor as needed. This position will recommend actions for hiring, disciplinary action, and termination of med pool and seasonal field staff. This position must also fulfill all the duties of a field paramedic as outlined in the District Paramedic job description. The supervisor will be a role model for EC Paramedics, uphold and enforce policies and procedures and provide leadership and mentorship to other staff.

Compensation and benefits: 

Hourly rate: $28.96-$36.59 (expected annual salary equivalent $95,000-$120,000)
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, EAP, STD/LTD, LSA
